We will follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local governments for each of our respective office locations. We are prepared to put our Business Continuity and Pandemic Recovery Plans in place as needed.

The flexibility of our technology infrastructure allows virtually all employees to work remotely, (social distancing management) for prolonged periods of time with zero impact to our service. We are confident that we will be able to continue to provide the same excellent service that clients are accustomed to receiving in the event of a further outbreak, or if it is deemed necessary to close our physical offices.

We take the health and safety of our employees, and our business continuity, seriously and will continue to remain diligent and informed in our response as the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve. We will continue monitoring updates from the WHO, CDC, and states of California, Arizona and New York. We have advised all employees to strictly follow hand washing and sanitation guidelines, and have assembled response teams from each location to monitor events, and prepare to take further action as necessary.
